Delivery 
Within the UK delivery is £2.99 and £1 thereafter for each additional item. The item(s) will be dispatched Recorded via Royal Mail.
Outside of the UK delivery will cost £5.99 and £1.99 thereafter for each additional item. The item(s) should then be received within 3-10 days.
All items are individually created by hand to a high specification therefore delivery time may vary dependent on availability, demand and stock level at the time of ordering. However, I will strive to meet a 7 day turnaround and I would advise you of any delays immediately.
Each item will be delivered in a cute handmade gift box, perfect if the item(s) is to be given as gift.
Returns
I offer a refund, of the purchase price (excluding the P&P) providing there is a valid reason. Simply send back the item within 7 days and I will refund you as soon as I have received the item. I do however recommend sending the item using Recorded Delivery as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
